Greetings from Our President
Karra Townsend

Hello!
Welcome to the North Oakland/Macomb Chapter of Jack and Jill, Incorporated.
Our PHENOMENAL chapter has a vision to go above and beyond for our children as well as for the children in our community. I am proud of our chapter of 58 mothers, 25 associates, our father’s auxiliary and their respective families as we e strive for nothing short of excellence in programming because we have the “power to make a difference”. Our commitment exposes our children to cultural, civic, educational, community service and social activities that further their development in becoming extraordinary citizens.
It is truly my honor to serve with a fantastic group of mothers who all lead this chapter to continue to do great things. We inspire passion and dedication within our children as we prepare them to become dynamic and influential leaders. I think of this African Proverb, If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together. That’s exactly how we get it done…TOGETHER! North Oakland/Macomb is an illustrious chapter with the principles of strong families, greatness, and excellent programming all while building on our strong foundation.
As you explore our site, please feel free to contact us.
Our vision for the chapter is ONE NOM!
ONE NOM in our SISTERHOOD
ONE NOM for our FAMILIES
ONE NOM for our COMMUNITIES
ONE NOM for SOCIETY
ONE NOM!!!

Karra Townsend
